its a learning project and thank yuo for your *positive* input constructive the stick welder was the only one i had access too and my welder buddy just stopped by today and was talkin to me bout it all my problem is i don't have the funding to take a welding course it's 10,000 dollers here and i just don't have that kind of funding or i would have bought the proper tools and i have big plans for the box sides it will turn out good instead of ppl cutting it down that should look at the potential it may have the truck was a bag of shiiii when i got it i plan to when i move and have a shop instead of a dirt driveway building a complete frame for it and batween now and summer i plan to replace all the stock things i can with brandnew aftermarket parts and dropping a new engine and trans in it and for those of you that watched the vid and didn't comment on things thank you

thanx b i'm really lookin into doin that and thank you for the stuff about the welder i'm trying to find on right now and i think it will look sick with a strait body line

thats sick was it in box or part of the cab? i've planned to weld a box to the back of my cab 1 inch bigger then my sub box so i won't need that bloody rubber seal and it will be like have an extended cab without the extended cab and i can't wait to start my install so i can hear the gripeing lol it's gonna be funny as hell cause thats my ish and i know somebody won't like the work i do and feel the need to bitch about it lol

thats the thing he told me to weld it up and i made sure by way of a level and everything it was perfectly level and i can't get it into his shop it's a full time welding shop the only one left in town or my truck would have been in there a long time ago and he was the one that showed my the little bit i know about welding he wanted me to weld it up and i did gring it down to clean bare metal before i welded and he wants me to as he is welding grind off my old weld he said it will teach me all the step i need to follow when i welded that notch it was my third day ever welding i had welded for an hour an a half at that time he will be redoing all my nessesary welds so it will be safe for the road i am not ignorant enough to try and drive my welds on the road i won't put anyone els's life at rick like that it will all come together

and i'm in my late 20's so motivation isn't that hard and it's not all learning for me i do know most of the thngs i need just a few things that i'm learning on the go and it's not my first lowered ride just my first bagged truck i've rocked a static s-10 and a static explorer and dropped my crx and had a jacked up ranger (god i hated that truck lol)

and thank you for the pardon the pun but constructive comment brotha they help all this negativity is a lil discouraging but i have enough want to prove ppl wrong oh and the welds are not as bad as they really do look i can stand in the box off my truck and jump as hard as i want and nothing breaks but i do plan to have it rewelded just to b safe and intellegent i mean really there is nothing on my truck that can't b fixed without throwing it away

Like I said- laugh all you want- under estimate the value of the trucks and I will be the last one laughing because I'll have the nicest mazdas and your truck will be in the junkyard. The more these things get hacked up the more valuable mine becomes! Oh and loud&low- ever hear of a period?

I'll check on your progress in about 6 months. Good luck to you.
