It was about a foot wider and some of the bends needed to be flipped, in order to clear the steering linkage, but I used the stock Mazda mount points on the control arms.
I think I have 7 point where I welded it back together for the final result.
I'll try to get a couple pics up before the weekend.

Thanks. I cut the stock mounting points off of the lower arms, so I doubt ill be re using them.

Looks good. Are you going to shield that air filter from road debris / water somehow?
slowroller   +1y
Yes. It will be enclosed in an aluminum air box with a little ram air inlet in the front bumper.

So have you decided to go back with the mazda front end and scrapping the yota fenders?

I have not completely scrapped the Yoda fender idea yet. At the moment I'm running out of time so I have to go the quickest route which is stock sheetmetal and the 4runner bumper. Hopefully later on I can use the 4 runner fenders and datsun grill. I'm thinking that I'm going to have to once I body drop it just for tire clearance.

One thing I hate about the 4 runner fenders is the cutout for the tire is so huge it makes a little 14" wheel look even smaller than it already looks.
