well mazda already factored in that pretty much (by adding that upper bumpstop), i still wouldnt recommend you keep it resting on the bumpstops for max height, but that is where these trucks are limited. the rear is a bit easier, and there should be a few threads around here with some pictures (even if the thread is regarding lowering, you'll be putting the block on the opposite side of the leafs/leaves (!)
here's a pic of my 4x4 rear end, which i'm pretty sure is completely stock. notice axle on outside of leafs. dont mind the finger.
and here is my lowered truck, missing 2 leafs, and notice the axle on the inside of the leafs...
