Not sure if you've already started cutting up the floor for the body drop or not but make sure to brace the cab structure in the back where u cut out the cab wall... If u don't you'll have one hell of a time gettingneverythin lined back up correctly..

Looks awesome.

Thanks guys.
We didnt brace the cab before cutting and we did have a hell of a time lining it back up tonite but we finally got it and started welding the cab mounts back together. Progress is slow but having to erradicate the rot has created more work than we planned for but its all good when its over.

Looking good. Where are you from, anyway? I'd like to see the truck at a show someday.

Also, where did you find 20" wheels with a 7" backspacing and 6x5.5" bolt pattern? Those are hard to come by... I'd imagine. At least in 18's they are.

Kovz, were from Montana. About 4 hours from Spokane and so far the only shows we have been to is Sittin prettI in seattle and Visions in spokane but we plan to head toward arizona and cali ( where I grew up) to hit some bigger shows when our projects are complete.

And the wheels were built by B.A.D or BilletAccessoriesDirect before he shut down the business. They are billets and built to order so the hardest part about getting them was coming up with the money to order them.

We got the cab mounts all welded back together and the rotted floors repair is almost done as well. We have started filling in all the gaps from the body drop and were hoping to have the majority of the cab done this week. I also got the front crossmember notched for the lower radiator hose.

Damn those wheels had to be pricey, lol.

Cab floor is looking good. Glad we were able to talk you into repairing the rotted out pieces.

Unfortunately I won't be making it out west for any shows so I doubt I'll ever see this in person. Lol

Im kind of not glad you guys talked me into repairing the rotted floor! haha just messin, it's been a good experience and were almost done with it.

Just got some more fillers tacked in, we should have the cab welded solid here soon.
The 15 gallon fuel cell also showed up

The cab is mostly done aside from filling in more tacks, seam sealing and undercoating. We started rolling the pinch over but the floor bracing keeps the pinch from rolling over flush with the rocker. What did you guys do here?
In these pics the pinch is left alone so it's got another 3/4" to go once we get it out of the way.
Heres some of our handy patch work
