Im back with a little update. The bottom of the cab is finally done and lays rocker. We ended up cutting the pinch weld off completely and welded it back together.
Originally we tried to just bend the pinch over byu hammering on it and it was a terrible way to go about it. The rocker ended up all dented in and shitty so I bought a stud welder to pull the rockers back out and straighten them.
Now we need to mount the fuel cell, drop the frame horns and start prepping the frame for paint. I also bought a pressure pot media blaster from Harbor Freight with 125lbs of media to make quick work of this task so we can start putting the truck back together.

Just a few more pictures to show where we're at now.

I've been thinking of buying a set of can do arms for my truck. My truck is stock floored to the rocker and I was wanting to put a 20" wheel under it. Do you think your upper control arm will foul with the steering once you put the cab back on with it laid out?

I did see that Chris and thats why we went ahead and did it that way. Thank you

Just a little more progress but were moving along...

Glad you saved the cab, looks good! Is your desktop able to view the site now?

Thanks Rob. Im glad we did too now that its over.
And yes I remembered that I had switched the board layout to nosebleed and also default_old because I was bored one night and the site wouldnt load ever since.... So on my phone I switched it back to default and its working fine.

BF193- before we removed the pinch weld on the cab the steering was clear and it seemed like it would still clear afterward but we will see when we get it put back on.
