This idea is like beating a dead horse.

Knock yourself out, in the end you won't be using an elaborate setup like this I can tell you that.

This shit can be expensive enough as it is.

really the setup is to take make the comp(s) run more efficient he wont give specs on how much psi is kept in the tank before the comp[ but its got some sort of blow off valve to keep the psi low so think bout it if you dump lets say 200 psi into the tank the blow off valve is gonn releas excess air and by the time you raise your truck your comps will have already sucked up the air in the tank so i dont see why your truck whouldnt lay out

its a cool setup if it works
but i have run and always will
6 gallons of air 145psi max
one or two compressors
and nitrogen for lots of play at cruise and shows
and a back up schrader valve...in case the comps or nitrogen somehow mess up lol

on my dodge im going to run a more elaborate safety setup
6 gallons of air 2 viair 450 nitrogen and schrader valve
and check valves after each fill valve in case of loss of air supply the truck doesnt lay out and or valve problems

If you want constant air get nitrogen, if you have that setup and you want to lay out why couldn't you just put something like an emergency dump valve on you reserve tank? Which I could just be talkin out my ass too.

just wondering what psi you have found works best???
and how do you regulate that pressure???

DJ aure you on aol?

Yeah, I'm wondering why you wouldn't just run a regulated return line off your main tank pushing the 15psi or whatever back into the compressor? why does the "boost" air need to come from the dumps? and if the return line idea doesn't work, wouldn't it be simpler to run a smaller compressor on the boost tank to maintain the 15 psi or whatever? the whole thing just really makes zero sense to me.

correct me if im wrong dj but the dumps allow more cfm into the storage tank
