chevy trucks always track wider in the front in general.

What are the Offset width of the rim?

It sounds like they're jeep charokee rims to me with the center bore being the same but the dust covers not fitting (same bolt batter and center bore, just different facing measurements)

You have to trim the fender lips, but it looks like you've still got a lot of tire on the outside of it.

pre-body drop i ran a 15mm offset on a 20 x8.5" rim. That was with 1/4" of the fender lip removed and 255/35/20 tires on a set of belltech spindles...

i would get 4x4 fenders

not sure the offset, they're KMC mavens 20x8.5" kmc's site blows and doesnt show any info besides +10mm to +38mm. i think with the inner lip rolled it'll be close. thats why i wanted to shave off a bit of the back of the wheel, there is so much metal back there. this is just pissing me off and i know its the wrong offset the guy sent me.

what kind of spindles do you have? bell techs are 1/2" wider each side than DJM's and what is the specs on the wheel? 20 x 8.5 with 5.25 backspace will tuck fine which is what most wheels for fsc's are

i'm trying to find the back spacing, but they are belltech spindles. whats the deal with them being wider? i wish i wouldve known this before cause this is really pissing me off now.

i have kmc stealths 20x8.5 with 10mm offset and you deff have to trim the fender lip.

i can't understand why your blaming the seller. Seems to me that you didnt measure everything the way you should have. Most wheel sellers don't consider whether the wheels tuck or not during a bag job. They mostly make sure they will fit correctly with no interferance at ride height. Its the buyers job to explain what offset/backspacing they need according to their application whether it be mild drop, stock height, or bagged. Maybe you should have read over this thread before you made your decision. Not trying to sound like an asshole but thats just how it is

sorry its not my responsibilty to know this. and it wasnt something i just came up with. i made it clear to the seller BEFORE buying the wheels that it was not going on a stock height vehicle, that the offset needed to be in and not sticking out cause it needs to tuck. the seller assured me they were the right offset to tuck... so its my fault?

i shouldve read over this thread before buying? umm i create the thread, it didnt exists until after buying the wheels.

"not trying to sound like an asshole" but your truck is not even bagged, my s10 is and its had 3 sets of wheels on it all tucked, all worked properly. this is not my 1st time and an over sight on my part. i dont know alot, but know enough that other wheel sellers know their shit.

but as mentioned i'm looking into this spindle difference cause i think that may be the issue, cause everythign seemed ok until i put them on. i'm calling DJM now.

built 2 drag, who did you talk to? i just spoke with DJM and the guy said he had no idea. all he knew is that they are to factory specs and dont push out spindles. where is it mentioned the Belltech push wheel out?

ok nice... belltech says no difference then stock. well i got a hold of one of the engineers and he had a stock burb spindle. he said he'd measure from the hub surface to center of ball joints and compare it to the belltech 2500. it is 1/2" wider on each side. there goes my problem, i knew i wasnt crazy when i test fitted the wheels.

now if i can only get confirmation from DJM, cause i'll just see if Summit can swap the spindles for me.
