where were you on 9/11/01 ???

i had bs class they give to football players to help the office workers who already didnt do anything in my high school. i remember watching the 2nd plane hit. it was a horrible day. i remember that friday we still had a football game and the ground keeper painted the entire field red, white and blue...both end zones were waving American flags, and there was a huge moment of silence in the stadium and for the rest of that year and my senior year we players left the American flags on our helmets that the coaches put on just for that weeks game..... we did in honor of all the fallen, and for the people that fight to protect us. I would like to thank every single troop for giving us this life we all take for granted sometimes.

I was chilling in ag class my senior year. we didn't do a damn thing that day!

well i was outside in my greenhouse class planting flowers out in the greenhouse the teacher told us and we ran inside and watched it on the net and this was my 12th grade yr....

I was working at UPS, morning shift(loading the trucks). Always listened to the morning shows on a walkman. The host of some morning show said that a small plane crashed into the building, or so he heard(too bad Howard Stern didnt come in on my walkman at the time). I remember them saying that the economy would start to fall because that is were the US did the stock market stuff. So when break time hit, there was a TV in the break room, everyone was glued to the set, just shocked at the pictures that were coming from the news. That was the 1st time that break wasnt just a 15 min break, noone wanted to stop watching. But back to work we all went, life had to go on. After that happened there werent any TV's in the break room anymore...
Very shocking day to say the least...

I was sitting at home watchin tv because I was suspended from school for 10 days because I got in a fight. I was in the 10th grade.

I was asleep when it happened. Was in my senior year of H.S. taking night classes, don't really watch much t.v. so I didn't find out about til I got to class and they had the t.v. on. I don't think we did any class work for a week. Came to school and watched it all night. RIP to all the victims of 9/11 and to all of the brave police and firefighters who also lost their lives. Prayers still go out to all the families out there who lost someone.

I was on my way to work, but I don't listen to the radio in the car so on my way into the building I heard two ladies in front of me talking about a plane hitting the WTC. When I went inside the building, everyone was in the conference room watching it unfold on tv.

driving a truck up and down 114 close to DFW airport watching planes come in one after another landing and parking.

I was in 8th grade History.

woke up to go to school in 9th grade to them talking about it on the radio, pretty much went to school and did nothing but watch tv all day
