Well, maybe some good came of all of this Joe Morrow incident. I have spoken with joe and he would like some constructive criticism. He would also like to help anyone who feels they have been wronged.

I am gonna open this up for you guys to post but i want everyone to understand.. All comments here need to be constructive and mature! Please no comments like "joe morrow sucks" or "AIM parts suck". If you want to post here please be specific and use specific examples and facts. I am hoping that thru this maybe we can get help for a few minitruckers that feel they were wronged. So please don't mess up the opportunity for another minitrucker to get some help.

So with that said... Here ya go Joe... Prove to us that you care!

Stop slamming other companies in your advertisements. Stop copying and pasting other companies images from their websites to use as your own images in your advertisements.

How about changing the policy that if something has been installed it can't be exchanged. I understand you can't resell an item that's been installed because it's been used but if the part doesn't fit and can't be fully installed it really isn't used and isn't something that should be re-sold anyway. Perfect example. A few years ago I purchased a set of strut-bags for my 2001 Sentra. I got them and they weren't even close to fitting. After calling out there first and explaining the situation they told me to bring them back with one of my factory struts so they could see what the problem was. After making the drive out there they told me there was nothing they could do because they had been installed. The problem is they never were installed. I attempted to install them but because they didn't even come close to fitting they were never installed. $500 down the drain.

ETA: I still have my receipts somewhere from this.

I am here to listen to you, assist you where I can, and answer any questions you may have on your Air Suspension System.

To Charlie cruisinlowS10: Regardless of my reasons or how it all started, I will do as you request. The January issue of Truckin and the other Truck books has already gone to press. In the February Issue your request will be done. Thank you for the opportunity to respond positively to your comments. Joe Morrow

OK, that is what I am here for. I assume you still have the struts. Send them to me using RA#JM9-01 on the outside of the box and I will handle. Best to send me a sample so I can view the original problem. I will take care of you, just allow me to help and resolve this only with me.Thank you, Joe Morrow
