Thank you for giving me civil emails to reply to. I have absolutely no problem hearing reports of actual problems and moving forward to correct them. This is not so much a change of heart by my companies, but rather a venue to get your complaint to the RIGHT PERSON! Please do not ever try to call me because I truly am never in the office. I don't want you to think I am trying to dodge anyone. If you want to talk to me, then just email me your phone number and I will simply call you back.
Also, please remember that I am on the computer perhaps 12hrs a day on average, but I do take time to sleep and do something with the family on weekends and time to time.
Every company in this business first starts out as a one man show. As you grow, you add people. Each person you add, creates a less efficient operation. We have 50 people on the premises, and I have to say the hardest thing about running a business is controlling the actions of your staff. However, I do accept responsibility for their actions, but I just have to know about it. My door is always open. If you are not satisfied, then you know what to do.. email
