joe, i understand you can not be responsible for how a customer installs the parts you sell. please dont take this as me trying to insult your company, but the same group of people are installing your parts as other companys parts. Why is it that chassis tech valves tend to be a common problem among many of us? i realize teflon, debris, and moisture get into valves and cause them to not work right, but the same stuff gets into valves made by other companies as well. If your valves are intolerant of common foriegn material such as teflon and moisture, maybe you should investigate this. its kind of like selling someone a new roof for thier house, but telling them it will no longer work correctly if it rains. from my own experience and what i have seen on friends trucks, a typical situation is that chassis tech valves work fine at first, after a few months they start to stick, work intermittently, or leak in places they shouldnt, the owner replaces valves with another brand and the problem goes away perminantly. I dont mean to put you on the spot in front of everyone, but this type of situation has kept me from ordering parts through you for years, and i believe its one of the reasons that you have been getting bashed. i am asking you respectfully if you could explain this?

Joe,
I am glad to see that you are making things right. Back in 2003 I bought everything I needed from your company to air out a sonoma. Everything was great except the belt driven compressor. First the wrong one was sent. So I sent it back and when the new one came there were stress cracks in it. Before I installed it I called your company and got transfeered to a guy named harley. He told me that it happened in shipping and there was nothing he could do. I can't see anyway it could happen in shipping you guys use that spray in foam it was very well packed. When I tryed to install it, it cracked all the way through. I called and told harley and he said there was nothing he could do that I was out $350.00. So I said I would never do business with you guys again.

Thanks for helping the mini truck community and I hope that things will workout great for everyone involved.

Thanks
Jayson

How about a faster shipping time? Ive posted several orders for spindles mainly and order about 1-3 sets a WEEK and they tell me that it can be up to 5-7 days before it MAY get pulled and MAY get shipped or i can pay the $20 expedited service and have it done MAYBE within 2-3days. . i understand that there are several orders but whats up with that? and also waiting 15-20 minutes each time i need to order something before i get to speak with a real person kind of blows also. . .

First off I wanted to thank you for all the parts I have ever ordered from AIM. I have bought 2 sets of mazda spindles, a set of isuzu spindles, a set of nissan hardbody spindles, 4 bags, a big red compressor, 3 gallon tank and a set of mazda tail light fillers. All with no problems. So thanks again, I was just wondering though, why do the drop spindles have to push the wheel out another 1/2 to 3/4 on each side? Jim,Thank you for your posting. I have the question on pushing the wheels out 1/2" to 3/4" in to our machining department. Balljoint position has something to do with it. I am checking into it.

Thank you,

But I might add that the larger the orifice, the less chance of debris sticking in the port, but the debris still remains in the system. I challenge any one to post and show me a brass valve that did not work. I will replace them and prove to the community that a proper install with water trap and no debris introduced into the system, simply works without problems. This is true of any valve, whether it is purchased from any of my competitors or not. If you have bad brass valves, then lets put it out there. Reply to this forum and lets resolve any issues. Valves that we had a problem with were not brass valves and this was over 4 years ago. We moved along....

In fact, to prove my point, I will send any member a set of brass valves at 1/2 of the advertised price for the next 72hrs, and give you a water trap for 1/2 price as well. PLEASE take me up on the challenge!

Thank you,Joe Morrow 72hrs from this posting only. No exceptions please. Just email me your order.

This is a fact. We make over 32 different applications and when we are out, we have to finish the current CNC run before we can set up for the other.

As far as the phones, believe me we want to answer every call. Sometimes the phones are quiet for 10 minutes, then they all light up at once with 5 callers waiting. We monitor calls closely for customers on hold. Mondays and Tuesdsays are generally our highest traffic times. I can never predict how busy the phones are from hour to hour. We will continue to do our best, and you can always email me your order, or questions. I will answer rather quickly, but I do get my 8hrs of sleep every night, and sometimes I am with the family on weekends, but most of the time, I do what I have always done... that is monitor my emails for issues.

Thank you for your posting,Joe Morrow

ThanksJaysonHarley was released years ago due to bad customer service and surfing the porn sites instead of taking care of our customers. I certainly disagree with Harley, the stress cracks were from threading the hole, or from over tightening, certainly NOT the shipping. Do you still have the compressor? Email me joe@chassistech.com

Thank you for the posting, Joe Morrow

Big EWe have not discontinued the Airbag kits that replace cylinders. They are considerably more expensive because they have arms/shocks/etc to modify the vehicle for fitment. They retail for about $2300 and we have them for most Honda Applications. In 2000, the Civic changed to a strut. Also, you can buy any replacement parts from us for Lambo kits. I will ship you the triangle parts and pins for $25 plus $8 shipping today if you like. Email me at joe@chassistech.com with the info. tx for your posting,
