Get a bunch of people together that are not familiar with the products that they sell, provide them with an environment that induces them not to care. and let them prove that to the customer, by showing there attitude.
Why is it you on the forums and in the adds? Put the people that the consumers deal with in your place. It's there job to resolve the issues. I don't mean that rudely, you have more than likely worked very hard with a great attitude, to get where you are today. You should not have to listen to every mini trucker that blew a bag, cry and bitch about the company you built."
This is a very constructive statement, so as a result, you do not have to look at my picture any longer. Starting with the next ads in Mini Truckin, Truckin, Sport Truck, and Street Truck. You will see pictures of the actual sales team and their personal emails. AND THEIR CELL PHONES. So when you cannot get thru, you can call them DIRECT.
