To all of the members that believe that I do not take action, here is an example of a member that DID NOT POST, but emailed me and told me about a problem he might not even have inquired on:

PLEASE READ:From: mike simpson [mailto:mikes_camaro@hotmail.com] Sent: 2008-09-16 06:09To: Joe MSubject:

Joe, I was reading on the street source forums and I see where you were talking about problems with the air pressure sensors for you're digital readout pannel. I don't think mine are leaking, but the numbers are always jumping around and the guage is beeping telling me I have high presure. I have taken them back out and made sure there was no debris in them or anything and made sure the contacts were good but the problem is still there. I contacted customer service about a month ago to find out about some replacements but they told me you didn't have any. Is there any way you can help me out. I know you must have some on hand because you still sell the kit. I have had the kit for a while but it is in a show truck and they have very few miles on them. Thank you for you're time. Regards Mike Simpson

Hi Mike, your tracking number is 1ze0445e0363429591 UPS thanks. Chris

Mike emailed me at 6:09AM this morning and his tracking number is above.

Thank you

JOE,

FYI, remove peoples email address, and anything that can be traced back to their home address (UPS tracking number!).

Not only will they see a crap load of SPAM, but Im guessing some would rather this be a private matter between you and them.

I got my spindles today, just like I was told I was. Not even 24 hours has past since I was told they were shipped. Thanks Joe, and Yuri.

I posted the first email you got before they cleaned it up. But I appreciate you answering it. It did clear up my thoughts on the situation and im well aware that you have cameras everywhere as ive been on the website and Ive been to the store in mesa on multiple occasions.

Now, I dunno why my posts were deleted before but maybe they were negative. Ive got quite a few concerns but those that are negative ill address in a personal email to you.

My question/comment is though, its pretty obvious that throughout the past few years you've gained a bad repuation for one reason or another. (this is not a negative post) Ive experienced some of these issues first hand, and Ive heard numerous things online of course. Now, I cant go off of hear say because how do I know the truth and reality of the situation? I can only go off of what Ive directly experienced or what my friends who I trust have gone through.

Of course human nature is to complain when the slightest problem occurs and never give credit where credit is due.

So here is that now. I bought a drop kit for my blazer years ago. Went on okay although it was missing some parts. But to this day the spindles and the leafs are still on the truck and they are still in good shape. So thank you.

But Ive also had my fair share of issues.

You've been responding to this thread for... less than a week.

How do we know or how can we faithfully trust your products (right now). I dont want to say they aren't of quality, but as many of us experienced before, there have been some issues. I UNDERSTAND you are willing to take care of issues as they arise or make things right for people buying your products, but what if I break a link bar or blow up a compressor while im in california or something? I still have to get home somehow.

Id venture to guess that you arent going to also pay a tow bill or repair bill to someones truck because of a faulty product. Im sure you will replace or refund the product, but that doesnt always cut it.

And dont get me wrong, there are other companies out there that Ive also had issues with and I will no longer buy their product either.

But ill speak for myself if no one is with me, I would rather buy a product knowing it will last rather than taking a risk.

Example: Street Beat Customs in Phoenix AZ helped me out alot when my compressor froze after having it one day. They loaned me a small compressor till mine came back from warranty, so I could at least get home (Payson, AZ). Are you willing to stand behind your products that much?

What has changed to make all of this clear that we are buying quality products from you and that we are safe on the road?

//sorry if this sounds like a complaint or negative, but reliability of AIM's products is my main concern before I buy from them again and I hope this all made sense.

this isn't constructive and i know it i have made my case previously no results could satisfy me because the case has been over with so long there is no way to make it right that being said my only other complaint is the fact that you called everyone that posts in these forums a liar in a major publication. without checking any facts you said we were making it all up for fun. thats the same as callin me a liar to my face on a commercial during halftime at the superbowl. maybe its just me but is kinda rubs me the wrong way and while you have apologized for stuff here but it seems like a retraction in those publications would really set the record straight. just my two pennies and with that i no longer wish to discuss the subject. good luck to all parties i hope everything goes well for all of you. THE END

I used sell a good bit Of AIM products ( I always dealt with ED ) for about 5 years. I did have several issues with the old block style valves, but after the first few I just learned my lesson and didnt use them anymore. Ed did take care of replacing a few, but I figured it was kinda useless to keep installing them when i knew they weren't high quality. Then I had a BIG RED go out after about a month, mounted upright INSIDE a tahoe. I really wasnt happy with the help I got on that one..was basically told no warranty. I bought a rebuild kit, but what i got in the kit seemed kinda useless. I just chalked it all up and kept going. Is there anyway we can replace that compressor? I still have it in the shop.

Oh..my mazda daily has had "china" bags, a big red, and chassis tech C-arms for 4 years now, no problems at all.

YEARS AGO... If there is one thing that is in common, 90% of the posts are on issues over 5 years old. Go back and look.

TO ALL MEMBERS and HaVoC1
We have NEVER, EVER had a broken 4link. Bushings replaced, YES. We sell over 300 4links a month, that is 3,600 per year and NEVER a broken 4Link

Show me one.
You are creating whatif situations with your imagination. Show me the facts. You create a whatif with StreetBeat on a compressor. Whatif StreetBeat were still in business. If all our products are so bad, why are we still in business? Something does not add up here. This is a small industry, not a large industry. In fact, not an industry at all, but a community of enthusiasts at this time. Most of what you say is "hearsay" and hearsay travels fast. Is there a real issue that I can assist you with? If so, email me. I will help in any way I can.

Thank you for your Posting
