I'm a married man and it really pisses me off that the past few issues of MT has skanks on the cover and what's worst is they waste two or three of the few pages they can have on the mag and waste them by interviewing these dumb bitches. I could give a flying fuck less what they like to do everyday and how they want bentlys and they like to shop for clothes.---------------------------------------------the exaggeration online cracks me up... out of the last 6 months only one issue had models on the cover... and yes it does sell well, because even though A LOT of us already have chicks and could "care Less" it always seems that with a 98% male audience they like to see a few chicks every now and then but we do our best to balance it all, if you remember back a few years ago (before I was the editor of MT) EVERY SINGLE ISSUE WAS SHOT IN A WHITE STUDIO WITH A CHICK... there weren't any complaints about chicks then, just how boring and stale the mag was   now that we only do a couple a year, it seems that they get more scrutiny... but like i said, and many have said before me... we do our best to please as many people as possible while still putting out a great rag  Thanks for the continued support guys!!!

     Congrats on taking over Truckin mag. I have been reading Truckin since my early years in school. As a little boy, I snuck into my dads room and read them (instead of a young boys usual snooping of adult mags haha). I must say, ever since then, its the only mag i ever loved. Its a tradition handed down from my dad to me and I hope to carry on the tradition as well. Now that Dan has brought upon a New Era, he WILL makes this happen and the tradition will pass on for years and years to come thanks to his future improvements. All the times that i have spoken to Dan, he always knew what he was talking about and is very passionate about what he loves to do. When i asked him about a certain truck in past issues, he told me about the person and gave me alot of information about the truck i would ask him about. He doesnt just travel places to shoot trucks because its his job, its because he loves to do it. Ever since i was younger, always wanted a truck of my own to be in Truckin, and thanks to Dan, my dream came true.      I have the most confidence in you Dan and i KNOW you're going to make Truckin much better than it already is. It is, and will always be the ONLY book i look for in the shelves in any retail store (cuz i hate all tose other b.s. mags that talk about celeb lives and brittney spears done this and that and whose pregnant WHO THE HELL CARES?). Anyways, good luck on your new task and best wishes to you!

Dan - I put together a very well thought out and concise post, that was quite long and answered many questions for these guys. Apparently the SSM system decided I didn't deserve to post because after hitting the "go" button, my post went...nowhere. Lost in space. Pissed me off so I apologize but I will have to recompose my response to this forum posting and see what happens the second time.

My 2 cents. Truckin greatest magazine out there. I have known Dan for several years and he is stand up guy. His crew John and Brandon great guys also.Dan is a straight up guy and is not going to b.s you around. These guys put in a lot of work to make this magazine top notch. Great to see you on here.
