Thanks Sparky!! When I started this project I didn't have a plasma either, but after a lot of cutting with a grinder I remembered how bad it sucked. I finally talked myself into spending a chunk of my truck parts fund on it.
Welding is a pain in the ass to learn. I'm still not great at it, but I'm getting lots of practice now that this project is under way lol. When it comes to learning how to weld it's amazing what a little time on Youtube can teach you. I consider my little brother to have the edge on me now a days, but he's put in the time learning how to be good at it.

Damn that's awesome!! You guys are both pretty damn close. I didn't think anyone within a 50 mile radius was into duallys other than Guilty lol.

Well I managed to get a very little bit done on the truck yesterday. Right now I'm working on the truck while it's still on the trailer so I can take it back to the shop to finish it. I managed to get most of the 2x4 welded in 1 side. I still have to brace and plate the Z before it's all said and done. I got the front suspension mostly pulled apart, and got the left side of the frame rail cut in half and ready for the 2x4. I spent probably an hour just trying to cut off worthless brackets and rivets. Hopefully I can get more done this week. I'm ready to get the body set back on this thing.

Does anyone have any 8"-10" pipe laying around they would be willing to sell and ship to me?? I have tried every single steel yard in my area with no luck unless I want to drop about 600 bucks for a 20' piece. I only need about 6" of it so if anyone has a piece or can pick up a small section and ship it to me let me know. I'm kinda stumped on this until I can get my LCA's bucketed. Thanks guys

P.S. If anyone knows where I can get a small piece of it online please let me know also. I've looked around for a while online and couldn't come up with anything that large either, but maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.
