so I finally took the bazillion pieces of paper that I have been drawing sketches on with different measurements, and sat down with Auto CAD and drew everything to scale. I think now that I have this I'm Going to draw my whole rear frame to scale full with every measurement I can get, I really think in the long run this will be help full.

Tonight I decided enough was enough, I feel like I've combed the web with a fine tooth comb and didn't find the info I needed, so I put my motor and trans. back in. and got the angle of the trans. tomorrow I'm going to reinstall the drive shaft, and get the angle of the first section of the drive shaft. thus should give me enough info to set all my pinion angles correctly when installing the 4 link and rear bag brackets. Here's a couple pics, the trans. angle came out to 4 degrees down.

just a little done today .... the weather was awesome today, so I went out on my bike for a lot of it but later on this afternoon i did get some work done on it.... got the drive shaft in, and the rear axle held up with an engine lift. now I've got all my pinion angles so the trans. is down 4 degrees the first section of drive shaft is also down 4 degrees... with a 0 degree difference from the trans... the next section is up 16 degrees... so now i just have to set the axle at the correct angle so bingo bango bongo..... here's the pics
