The Jeebus joint is a setup made up from parts that are all available to anyone who knows where to find them. The center piece is the same exact part number spherical bearing you can order from Summitt, Jegs etc.
The outer sleeve and upper and lower alignment pieces are also available from Summitt and Jegs.
The shaft is from some place that uses that piece for a ball joint taper to bolt setup. Speedway motors sells a similar one. The ones he uses may be from some place that sells them for some machinery part or tractor part.
The cap is the only part you cannot just order someplace else. But you could have someone make you one.
There are different levels of quality in spherical bearings. Some have a teflon liner and some have a different material in the liner. Those would have different part numbers for different quality levels.
The different materials are for different applications where the piece would get lots of use or wear and/or for different environments. Like you would use a different one for a desert climate vs a coastal climate. But they were NOT designed for auto suspension use. They work great however and many people use them. But the Jeebus is just a stupid name made up to a "kit" that MMW builds up. For many applications with really large wheels they are the easiest way to fix your suspension.
You see I built control arms for many years. I know the part numbers and suppliers and built arms with spherical bearings. That's all a uniball is. A spherical bearing.
I have a set of Colorado arms I made with some of these. I will dig them out and get some pics. Heck I might be able to use those. I know I have at least a few more bearings out in the shop. Not sure if I have all the pieces for them or not though.
I have been looking over all the different power racks Speedway sells. Lots of choices. Looks like more research is needed before I do that step.
