My buddy just had his 20s put on his 94 ranger last night and he is running a 245/35-R20. The ONLY clearance problem he is having is his clutch master cylinder that sticks out from the fire wall is rubbing the sidewall of the driver side tire when he is layed out. What have you guys done to eliminate this problem??? When he layed it out last night at my house his tire actaully broke off the nipple that holds the resovoir line to the cylinder off. Is there any way we can turn the cylinder so the nipple is faceing up wards and the feed line going down? Any help would be greatly appreciated since he is driving his truck to RESO.

Does anyone have any pictures of front I-beam brackets that have been made and not Bought?

I have the big box style and am interested in going a diferent direction with the front mounts.

Yeah, but other than that, mine lays out perfectly fine...i didnt have notch the oil pan or the i beam itself..i have the dream beams. Only thing notched is the frame for the tie rod, and beam to clear, and a little under where the beam mounts for more travel. its super close the firewall though, so it'll get notched out eventually, but it lays out and drags just fine...ill post pics if i can figure out how..lol

I made a new tie-rod...but I have not driven on it yet. So I am not sure how it is gonna work.

All you need to do is slightly bend the tie rod and it will clear the pitman arm. It worked perfectly on mine.
