Awesome, thank you Bobby!

How did you get your lowers to go up so far. I cut mine pretty good, and they stop about an inch away from laying frame.

This is what I tried out toay for the frotn crossmember.Don't know if that's how you did it Bobby, but I think it will work. I don't like the drossmember though, and I'm going to build something I like better tomorrow. I also don't have anough room to drop the motor as much as I want to.

so by doing that will you have to z the front now?

i Z'ed my frame an inch and lowered my motor almost and inch and i kept a stock hood. I didnt want to rebuild my control arms or that crossmember so i did the Z. It wasnt hard at all, you will probably spend more time rebuilding the control arms and crossmember than you will doin a Z.

you don't have to rebuild the control arms when you section it... you have to take like an inch out of those mounts seth... i'm not sure but i believe bobby does it w/o sectioning the oil pan, but you might have to take some out of the oil pan to lower the motor enough for the bd Bobby has all kinds of pics and will be the best resource for any questions

They look rebuilt to me....those are factory arms but they dont look like that stock.
HotRodDime   +1y
oh well yeah, you have to modify them for the bag... not because of the section

Do you mean I will have to section the area above the control arm mount Mike? I never saw the pictures of Bobby's frotn crossmember, or what he did to it, so I tried that. I'd like to be able to have this thing on the ground in a week, So the sooner I can get this front crossmember done right, the better.
